During this phase, you will learn about the importance of proper nutrition and how to make healthy food choices that support your weight loss goals. The one-on-one virtual coaching sessions will include daily check-ins, assessment of daily nutritional goals and personal feedback. Included is also an in-person introductory fitness program consultation.
